Tenadoc is a modern telemedicine platform that connects you with licensed doctors and specialists through secure, appointment-based video calls. Whether it’s general health advice or a specialized consultation, we bring quality care to your fingertips—conveniently, affordably, and reliably.

How does pricing work?
Consultation fees vary by specialty and session duration, starting from 300 ETB. The exact fee is always shown before you confirm your booking—no surprises.
Do you offer follow-up consultations?
Yes! If medically required, you’re eligible for one follow-up session within 7 days for just 50 ETB. After that, any new session will be charged at the standard rate.
Can I get a prescription through Tenadoc?
Absolutely. If your doctor determines you need medication, they’ll issue a digital prescription, which will be available in your Tenadoc account.
Can I choose my doctor?
Definitely. You can browse profiles, view specialties, availability, consultation fees, and patient ratings to pick the doctor that best fits your needs.
Is Tenadoc only for individuals, or can families use it too?
We support both! You can manage multiple family members under one account, with separate, secure medical profiles for each person.
Do I need an account to book a consultation?
Yes. Creating a free Tenadoc account helps us securely store your health information, manage appointments, and provide seamless follow-up care.
How do I know if a doctor is available right now?
Doctors who are currently accepting consultations will display an “Online” status on their profile, so you can book and connect instantly for urgent needs.
What if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your consultation without notice, it may be marked as completed and not eligible for a refund. However, our support team can assist you on a case-by-case basis.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes! You can reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the appointment time through your Tenadoc dashboard.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Refunds are possible under valid circumstances such as:

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure payments through telebirr, Ethiopia’s trusted mobile wallet system. All transacions are encrypted for your safety.

Absolutely. Tenadoc uses end-to-end encryption for all video calls. Your data is handled in compliance with international health data standards.

Yes! As long as you have a mobile device and internet connection, you can use Tenadoc from anywhere in Ethiopia. We’re proud to support rural and hard-to-reach areas.
Is Tenadoc available in local languages?
Many of our doctors speak Amharic, Afaan Oromo, and Tigrinya. You can choose a preferred language when booking your consultation.
Do Tenadoc doctors speak English?
Yes, many of our doctors are bilingual or multilingual. You can filter by language preference when browsing doctors to ensure comfortable communication.
Do I need to download an app?
Tenadoc works on both desktop and mobile browsers, but for the best experience, we recommend downloading our official Android app (iOS version coming soon).

Yes. If your condition requires in-person evaluation or tests, your doctor can guide your next steps.
Can I access my past consultations and records?
Yes. Your Tenadoc account securely stores all consultation summaries, prescriptions, and follow-up notes for future reference or sharing with other providers.
What if I have a poor internet connection during the consultation?
If your call is interrupted, you may reschedule or reconnect. If the issue persists, our support team will help resolve it or arrange a new session.
Can I consult for mental health support or therapy?
Absolutely. Tenadoc provides access to licensed psychiatrists and therapists for mental health concerns like stress, anxiety, depression, and more. Sessions are always confidential and judgment-free.
Is there a minimum age to use Tenadoc?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to create an account. However, parents or guardians can manage appointments for children under their profile.
How can I update my personal or medical information?
Simply log in to your dashboard to update your profile, medical history, and contact details anytime.
Is Tenadoc only available in Ethiopia?
Currently, yes. We proudly serve patients across Ethiopia and are exploring future expansion into neighboring countries.
Is there a way to leave feedback about my consultation?
