Dr. Krishnan Ganapathy Subramaniam, a highly respected pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon with over 26 years of experience, will be visiting Ethiopia for OPD consultations at Nucleus General Hospital on July 28th and 29th.
He holds an MBBS, MS in General Surgery, and M.Ch in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He received specialized training in pediatric cardiothoracic surgery under Dr. K.M. Cherian, followed by fellowships in Pediatric and Adult Cardiac Surgery at Sydney Children’s Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital in Australia. He also underwent advanced training in heart failure and transplantation for complex congenital cardiac conditions under Dr. K.R. Balakrishnan.
Dr. Subramaniam currently serves as Director of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery at Rainbow Children’s Heart Institute, located at Banjara Road No. 10, Hyderabad. He is renowned for his expertise in neonatal heart surgery, adult congenital heart surgery, and pediatric heart transplantation.
